Jiah Khan’s mother questions AIIMS report on Sushant Singh Rajput death case, asks on what basis they concluded without evidence
British-American actress and singer Jiah Khan’s mother Rabiya Khan recently raised some questions on the All India Institute Of Medical Science (AIIMS) panel report on the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The report dismissed theories of Sushant Singh Rajput murder and concluded it as a suicide.
Rabiya Khan, talking to a private news channel, said that Dr. Sudhir Gupta has not seen any evidence. She questioned the basis on which the doctor, the head of the forensic team, concluded his report.
AIIMS in its conclusive report to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the six-member team dismissed the claims of "poisoning & strangling", with Dr. Sudhir Gupta saying the panel didn't find any trace of poison & drugs in the viscera.

Reacting to the AIIMS report, Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer Vikas Singh said that he was highly perturbed by the All India Institute Of Medical Science (AIIMS) medico-legal opinion submitted to the CBI and would request the probe agency's chief to constitute a fresh forensic team in SSR case.
Sushant's family lawyer also asked how the expert team can give a conclusive opinion in the absence of the actor's (Sushant Singh Rajput) body.
