Sushant Singh Rajput death case: NCB detains Samuel Miranda in drug probe after conducting a 2-hour raid at his residence
After the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED), Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) joined the Sushant Singh Rajputdeath case since the new drug angle had emerged recently. The Narcotics Control Bureau reportedly filed a case against actor Rhea Chakraborty after a Whatsapp chats about drugs were recovered by the NCB team. Today, on Friday (September 4) NCB conducted a house search at Rhea Chakraborty and Sushant Singh Rajput’s house manager Samuel Miranda’s residence early in the morning. The NCB also simultaneously carried out a raid at Rhea and her brother Showik's home.
According to reports, the NCB has detained Samuel Miranda from his Sahar, Mumbai residence after a 2-hour long raid. Samuel has been detained under provisions of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act. In view of the large media presence, he will be further interrogated by the NCB into Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. He is being taken to the main head office of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

Rhea Chakraborty and Samuel Miranda’s few Whatsapp chats were recovered where they were seen discussing about drugs & weed. After the chats got leaked, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer had stated that the actress has never consumed drugs in her lifetime ever.
