Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh recently reacted on the All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) panel report that dismissed all the murder theories in Bollywood late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. He also challenged the people (SSR fans and well wishers) who criticised them to come out and reveal what they know as the investigation was confidential. Talking to Asian News International (ANI), he said, “We are not at all surprised by this. It was the finding of the team of Cooper Hospital as well.”

AIIMS in its conclusive report to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the six-member team dismissed the claims of "poisoning & strangling", with Dr. Sudhir Gupta saying the panel didn't find any trace of poison & drugs in the viscera.

Reacting to the AIIMS report, Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer Vikas Singh said that he was highly perturbed by the All India Institute Of Medical Science (AIIMS) medico-legal opinion submitted to the CBI and would request the probe agency's chief to constitute a fresh forensic team in SSR case.
Sushant's family lawyer also asked how the expert team can give a conclusive opinion in the absence of the actor's (Sushant Singh Rajput) body.
